In the past, Schwarzenberg beer was renowned throughout the Austro-Hungarian Empire, in particular because of the quality water from artesian wells (still used today), careful selection of the best domestic raw materials and ingredients, and a precisely followed, traditional recipe. The result is beer characterized by a full flavour, mild bitterness and exceptional tang.
